Agronomic creativity and rituals in Swiss vineyards. A study of multiple commitments in biodynamic viticulture

Globalities of wine
By Alexandre Grandjean

With insights from fieldwork, I explore wine producers' creative adaptations and customizations of the prescriptions of alternative experts. In doing so, they distance themselves pragmatically from the anthroposophical legacy of biodynamic farming.
