Agronomic creativity and rituals in Swiss vineyards. A study of multiple commitments in biodynamic viticulture

This paper focuses on the multiple commitments of Swiss wine producers based on the guidelines prescribed by biodynamic viticulture. With insights from fieldwork, I explore wine producers' creative adaptations and customizations of the prescriptions of alternative experts. In doing so, they distance themselves pragmatically from the anthroposophical legacy of biodynamic farming.
